Renewal Tracker is operated by DXBTOK Ltd, company number 16596613, registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom. By using Renewal Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Renewal Tracker provides software for tracking important dates, renewals, expiry dates, notice deadlines, and reminders. Depending on your plan, the service may include email reminders and document upload features. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

You are responsible for providing accurate account details when registering. You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for entering accurate dates, notice deadlines, reminder schedules, email addresses, and uploaded files. Renewal Tracker helps you track important dates but does not replace professional, legal, insurance, tax, accounting, or contract advice. Always verify critical dates and deadlines independently.

Email reminders depend on the data you enter, email deliverability, third-party providers, and technical systems. Renewal Tracker does not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered or seen. You remain solely responsible for monitoring your own important deadlines. Missed deadlines, penalties, renewals, or cancellations remain your responsibility.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If document upload is available on your paid plan, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the relevant documents. Do not upload illegal, harmful, copyrighted, confidential, or unauthorised files. DXBTOK Ltd reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

You must not use Renewal Tracker for unlawful purposes, to abuse or hack the service, to send spam, distribute malware, or upload content that violates third-party rights. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated.

Renewal Tracker does not guarantee that you will avoid missed deadlines, penalties, unwanted renewals, contract issues, cancellation failures, financial losses, or legal disputes. The service is a tracking and reminder tool only.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Renewal Tracker may be updated, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Renewal Tracker software, design, branding, and systems are owned by DXBTOK Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own uploaded data and documents. You grant DXBTOK Ltd a limited licence to store and process your data to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DXBTOK Ltd's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the relevant billing period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, financial, contract, renewal, cancellation, missed-deadline, or business losses of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse, breach of these terms, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the service will end and data may be deleted subject to our data retention obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
