Payment and subscription billing is handled by Stripe. DXBTOK Ltd does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. We may retain billing status, subscription tier, and Stripe customer identifiers for account management and legal compliance purposes.

If you upload documents using a paid plan, those files are stored securely in Supabase Storage. You are responsible for ensuring you are authorised to store any personal or business data contained in uploaded files. We store uploaded files and their metadata to provide the document storage feature.

We retain your account, billing, reminder, file, and support data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some data may be retained for legal or financial compliance purposes even after account closure.

Our service providers may process your data in countries other than your own. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms apply. By using the service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred and processed internationally.
